Locally owned companies are the lifeblood of a community, representing a rich tapestry of entrepreneurship and innovation. Locally owned by Tom and Robin Lundstrum and Jacob and Gracie Lively, we are proud to call Northwest Arkansas home for over 40 years.

AQ Chicken is so much more than just fried chicken. For some people, it was their childhood. For some, it was a 40+ year career at a place that became home, for many it was their first meal after they were married, annual birthday dinners and so much more. It’s been passed from generation to generation.

Our family considers ourselves not only owners, but stewards of the brand for Springdale and Arkansas. There have been owners before us, and one day, owners after us. Right now, it is our honor to keep the tradition and memories alive for this generation.

Tom Lundstrum

Not only have Tom and Robin been in NWA for 45 years, but Tom even had his bachelor party at AQ! His favorite AQ dish is chicken over the coals, sweet potato casserole, and rolls.
Robin Lundstrum

Just like Tom, Robin has been in NWA for 45 years! Her favorite AQ dishes are chicken Parmesan and, of course, she loves the hot rolls!
Gracie Lively

Gracie grew up in Springdale and recently moved back with her husband and three kids. Her favorite AQ dish is the Ozark Smothered!
Jacob Lively

Growing up in Camden, Jacob remembers family trips to NWA that always included stopping at AQ. His favorite dish…you guessed it, chicken over the coals!
